Planning tool
Estimate sealant quantity.
Convert the designed joint dimensions and total run into an estimated number of packs. Use measured dimensions—not a guessed bead size.
Estimated order quantity
2 packs550 ml including waste (500 ml theoretical fill).
Calculation
Width × depth × length.
For a rectangular bead, width in millimetres × depth in millimetres × length in metres gives the theoretical volume in millilitres. The tool adds the chosen waste allowance and rounds up to complete packs.
This is a purchasing estimate, not a joint-design recommendation. Actual consumption changes with joint variation, backing, tooling, starts and stops, unusable pack residue and site waste. Confirm permitted dimensions, backing and pack volume in the current product documentation and project detail.
