Enquiries and business records
If you contact us, we may process your name, contact details, organisation, project information, product requirements, message, and any files you choose to provide. We use that information to answer the enquiry, provide technical support, prepare quotations, fulfil requests, maintain business records, and protect our services. Please do not send identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation, and engagement. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<property-id> to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and sessions. It may process page and interaction data, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location, and a pseudonymous client identifier.
We do not intentionally send enquiry contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics property settings. Google processes Analytics data as our service provider; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can delete or block Analytics cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers, security, and retention
Hosting, email, analytics, and other providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. Ordinary server logs may contain an IP address, browser details, requested path, timestamp, and security events. We do not sell personal data. We retain information only while reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and recovery.
