Having our production facilities situated in Singapore is not just about national pride. It’s a mark of our heritage, history, and future focus – into a high-technology sealant solution provider and powerhouse.
We’ve been in Singapore and the region for so many decades, so we’re very clear on the demands and requirements of the users here. We know how discerning and quality-conscious users in the region are, which is why we take our product quality so seriously.
Need something urgently? No problem. Our own production ensures minimal response time to satisfy customer requirements. With a production capacity of over 15,000 cartridges a day, and a fully flexible work team, we strive to provide a fast response service to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Sealants are time sensitive – meaning that the fresher they are when used, the better the performance. We minimize freight and transport times by manufacturing inhouse, and with an advanced supply chain management system to ensure that our stocks are always in an optimal state.
We control our production for the highest level of reliability, consistency, and quality. Having our own plant means a very high level of control and production standards.

Our history
Pereseal is a brand with over 44 years of history, and PFE Technologies Pte Ltd is known by those long enough in the industry to be the pioneer of silicone sealants in Singapore. Back in the day, most construction were sealed with putty or polysulphide compounds, but PFE Technologies Pte Ltd was the first company to bring silicone sealants in high volumes to bring an unparalleled sealing performance to large scale construction projects in Singapore.
One of our earliest significant local projects was the construction of Changi Airport in the 1980s, which saw the use of large quantities of Pereseal sealants throughout the terminal – and from then on we have made our mark on countless other construction projects over a span of more than three decades.
